Peninsula Road advised TripNinja on acquisition by WebJet
On November 24, 2021, Webjet Limited (“Webjet”) (ASX: WEB) announced their agreement to acquire Canadian technology company Trip Ninja Inc (“Trip Ninja”). Peninsula Road acted as exclusive financial advisor to Trip Ninja for the transaction.
Trip Ninja was founded in 2015 by Andres Collart and Brett Ziegler. Trip Ninja focuses on finding solutions to the complex problems in travel and automating their solutions. Trip Ninja has both FareStructure and FlexTrip products, and the dynamic pricing/revenue management module that provides markup facilities fully functional. Webjet is an ASX 200 listed company operating a digital travel business spanning both wholesale and direct to consumer markets.
